 WORKING PROCESS

1. Design Pattern
   Use photoshop,illustrator or other software to design your pattern.
   
2. Print your Design
   The printer parameters in the RIP software and use our printer and ink to print our pattern.
3. Powdering
   Turn on the swich of the powder shaking machine , the machine will automatically powdering , and dry and fix the color.
4. Heat Press
   Use a heat press maching, set the temperature to 180degrees, and time 15 seconds to transfer.

   1): What is your recommended package for a starter in printing business?
   We provide a package including 1pcs Dtf Printer , 1pcs powder treating Machine H650, Maintop RIP software, 1kg adhesive powder, 1pcs PET Transfer film, 1pcs DTF ink CMYKW for each color.

   2) What payment method are supported?
   We support Credit Card,T/T ,D/P, Western Union, and  Paypal,etc.

   3): How can I know if it is paid successfully?
   The payment platform will record the payment information and we will also send you a payment confirmation upon receiving your payment

   4) What's your delivery time?
   It depends on the order details including order quantity, normally we can ship the regular products within 1 week; We will check the delivery time in advance and keep you updated of the delivery situtation.
   

   5) If I have some technical problems, how can you help us to solve it?
   Detailed description, photos or videos will help our technicians analyze the problem and give solution accordingly.

   6) Once there is something to be replaced, what can I do?
